This is my first time scheduling a CT Scan w Advent Health, and boy what an experience! From the moment I walked in, it was the easiest and smoothest check in process. Jasmin was very helpful and quick to get me checked in and seen (even though I was early to my appointment). It was followed by seeing Johnathan who made me feel comfortable the entire time during the prep and actual CT scan. The entire process was seamless and super efficient. I really wanted to share my experience today at the AdventHealth Waterford Lakes location. I had the pleasure of meeting John S who is also a paramedic and was helping out today.. He was wonderful, patient, thorough and compassionate.. He made sure I completely understood the process as he was inserting the IV, very informative. Sharon who performed the MRI was amazing!! I’ve been going to this imaging facility for my mammograms and in all honesty while going to get this test is necessary and at times not the most comfortable of tests the staff that performs the test (specifically: Lesa) always makes me feel comfortable and respected. She is really someone that knows what needs to be done to get the images while treating me with care and dignity when one is in such a vulnerable position. I’m so grateful to have had the wonderful and comforting Lesa as my mammogram technician. She really put me an ease, while performing the mammogram, I tend to get quite anxious during this procedure. I’m so thankful that GOD assigned her to me!
Advent Health Imaging at Waterford Lakes was a very positive experience for my yearly ultrasound/mammogram. From scheduling to reception to medical records to Elana (my sonographer) all were exceptional in their field. Five stars for a good experience and thankful they are located in Waterford Lakes!
