I met Kenny today at AdventHealth imaging Center in Lake Nona for an MRI on my foot. This young man was so kind and I just wanted to thank him for going above and beyond not only for doing his job so well, but to make me feel so comfortable and at ease. I waited a month for my appointment and they called me the day before to inform me that they're not able to do it at their facility. Now I have to wait another month for another family. When I called to speak a manager, they would pick up and hang up several times. I called back the next day and spoke with the manager Genesis. She advised that she will call around to see if she can get me an early appointment at another facility. She never called me back. I had to reschedule my doctor's appointment also.
Had scheduled MRI at this location today, and when I showed up front desk lady told me it’s canceled since they don’t have technicians. That would have been really useful information before I drove almost one hour (one way)to get to my appointment. She processed telling me how they called me at 2 which is not true. Have a proof. Then, she said they sent email which is also a lie. Third thing, she said my voice mail was full which is also not true.
