I absolutely love the Advent Imaging Center. They are first class, polite, friendly, efficient and all around wonderful people! I love that they are open on Saturday. It’s SO convenient to not have to take time off from work to get testing done. The facility itself is beautiful! It looks brand new, with the latest technology and practices. Just another facet of Advent Health that I love.
Do not go here if you have a STAT Xray. They say they do walk ins for X-rays but they really don’t! Don’t waste your time especially if you are sick and don’t have the energy to drive around to different locations. Remember, walk ins are NOT welcome, for X-rays.
My nightmare started in Simonmed where I was supposed to have a pelvic wall mri and a dephecography. After 4 hours of waiting and being ordered 2 enemas and fasting, they didn't know what they were doing. So I came to Advent Health Lake Nona a little apprehensive but my experience was a great one. For any woman, it is terrifying to hear that your mammogram came back with a mass. I got this information following my results 2 weeks ago. I scheduled with the first available appointment with Advent health Imaging in Lake Nona. Two days before my appointment I am told it was scheduled incorrectly and needed to be rescheduled 13 days out! The person I’m speaking to can only see one location.
