We recently purchased an XC90 from FRF and we could not be happier with the whole experience. From day one the sales advice was excellent. Graeme Daniel was helpful, courteous and informative. Once the particular car was decided upon the follow up from Graeme and then the financial advice and process with Jenna was excellent. They clearly know how to put the customer first. We couldn’t be more grateful to the team at FRF Volvo Swansea. We hit something on the road which took out our front tyre while travelling back to London after a lovely holiday. Pregnant and with our baby in the car, while Storm Amy raged on, it all felt overwhelming. The team were nothing short of kind and compassionate.
