SEAT CONTROL MOUNTING BRACKET SHEARED AWAY FROM DRIVERS SEAT ON WIFES XC60. CALLED IN TO GET ADVISE. SPOKE WITH CHRIS ON THE SERVICE DESK COULD NOT BE MORE HELPFULL. CHECKED AVAILABILITY OF PART ORDERED AND FITTED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. CAN NOT GET BETTER SERVICE.
We picked our new car up today,Toby was amazing he was polite well mannered ,he is definitely extremely good at what he does ,highly recommend him and volvo,really happy well done all ♥️
The customer service at FRF is absolutely amazing. We bought our Volvo from them last year and it came with two free services. They had loads of flexibility to bring it in and had no issues rearranging when we needed to. After our recent service our oil sensor had broken and when we took it back in to be repaired (for free!) then spotted a serious trauma to our tyre that hadn’t been there the week before. Managed to look at several cars in showroom. Not a single salesperson made eye contact, greeted me or looked up from their screens. Clearly don't need my business. Whilst I don't want to be hassled by intrusive salespeople, acknowledging my presence would be appreciated.
