I would not advise this place for any repairs whatsoever in the recent year. Its shockingly diss organised & workmanship is appauling. Management is diabolical & i would not trust them to pump the tyre up on my wheel barrow, avoid like the plauge! Many more options available in swansea so ring around. Your insurance company will leaise with you in this matter, thank me later
Absolutely shocking customer service! Rude staff! Prolonged waiting for parts, unorganised repair centre and shocking service. DO NOT GO TO THEM!
Absolutely excellent service from beginning to end. My car was hit by a third party and damage was done to the door. The third party insu company accepted liability and arranged repairs with FRF. FRF contacted me the next day to arrange collection, they arrived on time and took the vehicle away. I was offered a courtesy car but didn't need one. They explained it would need parts/paint. I was given an initial completion date but was advised this could change depending on parts, I was then given updates every other day. The ca... read more
Firstly, absolute nightmare to park, I sent photos of the damage to our scenic, they told me the parts were in 2 weeks ago so dropped the car off for repair but now They tell me the parts are on order and could they couldn't give me a completion date. I contacted them again today as I need the car back ASAP and they said there's nothing they can do about it as they already stripped the car. Now I'm stuck without a suitable car to take a wheelchair and Zimmer frame in. I can't understand why they stripped the car if the parts... read more
