I saw some good reviews, i thought it will be true. i am regretting coming here to pickup load. I am on dock since 5;30 pm it’s 9:15 still waiting and don’t know how long i will be waiting. I asked the shipping twice what time will be load. They don’t respect drivers time . I will never and ever do business with this facility. Avoid this facility in any situation. They are loading their own trailer first .

Weird entrance. Friendly staff. Some docks are off a busy street..some docks are in tight places. Some are easy. Quick unload. But they need to trim trees around the curve so you can see other trucks coming...major blockage around the mirror.
2 entrances one on Sunset one on Porter ck in door 31 slide tandems open doors, precool reefer b4 arriving when done loading dock will come out seal trailer back to door 31 for paperwork, docks both sides of bldg
When you first pull up to gate push green button to open and then park too the right side of the gate once inside then walk too the shipping office and check in fell out the check in sheet and take the check out sheet with you and fill out after u are loaded but wait 20min before going back to the office for ur bills. Easy in Easy out.
