I want to thank Dr. Frey and his wonderful staff. I’m so pleased with my daughter’s smile. Everyone in the office is always so friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Maddie, she’s always so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Dr. Frey and his team!
My experience with FreySmiles Orthodontics was extremely concerning. Dr. Gregg Frey often makes inappropriate and negative comments about women’s appearances, both directly and behind their backs. Some of the remarks I’ve heard him make about teenaged girls were completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It also seems that he hires staff based on appearance rather than skill or experience. The team at this location is so kind and attentive! If I’m gonna have a 20-month aligner course (I know) I’m glad it’s with them! Special shout out to Maddie E! Always a delight
It was an amazing experience. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr Frey is the best in the business! Highly recommend!
