I've now had two piercing appointments at Freya and both experiences have been exceptional. Matt and Ally are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their clients. I got my nose pierced over the summer here- it was super clean, and the staff is really helpful. I developed a small piercing bump, due to the nature of my sweaty outdoor job, and they were able to help me clear it up, and keep it from coming back. I love my nose stud, and am super happy I went with this shop!
I got my second piercing ever done here (the first being at the doctor's office in elementary school, so it had been a while!) and I am blown away by the personalized attention I recieved! Absolutely amazing! They do solo appointments with other appointments in the building. Very very very clean. Staff is amazing. Very thorough with details, they explain everything you could need to know, very patient and ask multiple times if you have any questions. For kids, the appointment is in their hands. They make sure the kids know they have full control of their piercings and when it happens and if they need to stop at any point. 1000/10 would recommend.
