These guys have some great properties to stay in Coles Bay & nearby Swanwick! Phil is an absolute legend, highly recommend :)
Quite disapointing, it looked nice when i booked, but when i got there it was a letdown. Firstly there were strangers jackets in the bedroom closet, and the kettle was not clean. The lounge was very old, the leaather was disintegrating and not comfortable. One of the lights in the hallway was broken and we could not use it. Despite this, the location was quite good with a nice sea view.
Great accommodation
Beware the cancellation policy! Had to cancel booking 7 weeks before date booked, due to family health issues....sent message requesting cancellation no response. Phone No disconnected. Took 50% $ of booking. Unable to comment on Std of accomodation as didnt stay.
We had to cancel our trip to Tasmania due to recent Covid lockdowns. This was the only accomodation that did not give us a full refund.
