Terribly disappointed to get a call from them that the house we booked THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE was in fact not available, even after submitting payment details AND receiving an email confirmation from their site. It’s thrown our entire plans into disarray as we’ve organized our accommodation on either side of our stay to match this place’s availability. No real explanation, just told that the place was double-booked on their system. No alternative properties offered (all booked out apparently), just told to try other agencies.... read more
We stayed at the Tides in October. The property had lots of issues that needed attention and feels like no money has been spent maintaining the place in a long time. These ranged from doors not opening, leaky rusting gutters keeping you awake at night from dripping and a lack of basic items such as soap or diswashing brushes/cloths. A poor experience especially given the price of the accommodation.
We stayed in Sandstone at Freycinet from the 10th till the 13th of September and it was a beautiful, clean and well presented little cottage. Would highly recommend for any couple looking for a wonderful stay!
Stayed at Studio 59 from the 19th - 21st of September. Spectacular location, close to everything. Studio was presented beautifully and was a very easy process. Thank you.
