One of the major problems with this facility is their lack of communication with families and within their own staff. The needs of patients are neglected and the rooms are only spot cleaned. I saw the same candy wrapper under the bed for days. I watched my friends health deteriorate day by day. The only person who appeared to enjoy their job was Dolly and the receptionist.

Too many roaches, 🪳 bedbugs, and mice. They need to call orkin pest control. Best thing was leaving they get zero stars from me Unprofessional managers, never answered the phones
Shame on me for allowing my Mother to stay at this horrible place.
