My whole family goes to Dr. Frey. I have some very complex medical issues and Dr. Frey is very caring and compassionate. I have been to very good and very bad doctors, Dr. Frey is great. He listens, is attentive and does not over treat at all. He takes what you have to say into consideration and goes over all of the options with you. Great Service! I’m not from here and needed a local Doctor. He is amazing with being available and really knows Medicine. His staff is phenomenal. Great group of ladies who are very willing to be helpful especially during a pandemic
Dr Frey is very thorough, professional and always takes the time to listen to our concerns. He explains tests and labs in detail, and we alway feel he is fully invested into our well being. My sister went to him after having some breathing issues for a couple weeks. She had a normal EKG, but he convinced her to go to the hospital to get checked out further. Turns out she was having NSTEMI (a type of heart attack) and is now doing great. Needless to say, we are very thankful!
My experiences w/ Dr. Frey are pretty much the total opposite of the other review posted here. From the first appointment I ever had with him, he seemed to be almost overly focused on avoiding costly/unnecessary medicines & procedures. He kept using the word "cost" when discussing treatment and explaining why he was recommending one thing over another. That is something I have always appreciated about him, and that has just been his way for several years now. Good luck at your new practice Doc!
