They are a great company to work from start to finish. Our salesperson Zach was so on top of everything with his knowledge of the products to the history of the company. He had great follow through. When the day came for installation they came and started immediately , also wonderful work never been more happy. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism and attention to detail that our window team provided when installing our new doors. John, Tim, and Nicholas were very meticulous when it came to making sure our doors fit exactly and were installed correctly. If trim, for example, was not to their liking, they made sure to redo it so that it looked sharp. They protected our real mahogany floor and cleaned all areas when finished as well. In 2023 we contracted with Frey Construction to replace porch railings on two porches, porch stairs and railings for front and back porches, porch decking, and several storm doors. The house is over 100 years old so there were some unique challenges that required some custom work and materials to complete the project.
