Edited 2024 Visited as a bride and had a good time trying on dresses. I didn't know that the dresses are all off of the rack (they cannot be ordered in your size). This is a great option for some but wasn't what I was looking for. Great job on our wedding, would recommend. Everything went smoothly, on time and as promised.
My friends kid went there purchased a dress the sales lady was super pushy with trying to get her to buy on/try on one she did not want. Then when she went to see about alterations the lady doing them was super rude to her! They wanted to charge her just a few dollars shy of what the dress cost to take it in a 1/2 inch on the top and bottom. I want to also add that there wasn’t beading or anything on the dress that would have made it extra work to take in the top was a lace with a corset back and the bottom was plain. When s... read more
Staff was great along with the selection. What I didn't like was the surprise at the register. 3% surcharge for credit cards on an expensive purchase. If I was shopping for something I wanted (instead of wife and daughter), I would have walked out. Offer a discount for cash instead of a surprise punishment.
