I'm not a current or past client of this clinic, but my experience of this practice has been unprofessional, and unfriendly. When I tried to provide feedback to the staff it was met by defensive remarks. I was then told that providing this type of review is seen as an attack on their staff, even though I have just tried to provide feedback.

Sadly was discharged for no reason (no reason given to myself or my referring GP) I am aware that a dr may not want to treat a person for a number of reasons, but It would have been great if they had the courage to communicate why, even in a letter back to my GP if they didn't want to disclose to me, especially hard when suffering mental health disorders, transparent information helps the mind with clarity instead of leaving you feeling more lost about what I did to be discharged. unfortunately now I'm back on the roundabout... read more

The admin staff are very unprofessional, they made booking a simple appointment extremely difficult and distressing simply because they didn't read an email, instead made an assumption and kept responding with the wrong information after initially deleting my account due to a confidential error. Specialists are absolutely fantastic if you can get that far.

Doctor Ivor was amazing, no wonder he left. Another sham clinic that has no desire to help their patients. Extremely poor costumer service from Tiana. Edit: I have contacted Admin, with absolutely no help or resolution, my only request is release of another prescription due to national Shortage. Which I believe is reasonable. More than happy to attach the emails but I doubt that will help your business.
