I have been using Melissa for years. She is the best for commercial insurance. She is attentive and provides great customer service. She does her best every year to get me the best rate and is very nice throughout the process. She works so hard!

I contacted them for a quote for farm insurance. Initially, the agent was excited to work with me. After two days, I got an e-mail asking for more information. I e-mailed back then heard nothing so I called them back. During the phone call, the information was vague, the energy was low, and I got the feeling they were no longer interested in my business, without ever having been given a good explanation about what was going on. Based on this experience with them, I would not recommend this company.
