I contacted them for a quote for farm insurance. Initially, the agent was excited to work with me. After two days, I got an e-mail asking for more information. I e-mailed back then heard nothing so I called them back. During the phone call, the information was vague, the energy was low, and I got the feeling they were no longer interested in my business, without ever having been given a good explanation about what was going on. Based on this experience with them, I would not recommend this company.

I moved from Illinois to Texas almost 10 years ago and choose them as my Car insurance Company. I have been extremely happy for the past 10 years with their service, as well as my insurance rates. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend them. They make everything so easy and convenient. I love the fact of having the option to pay my premium on line.

I recently went into Henry Freudenburg to renew my flood insurance which has gone up to about $3,000. I told the agent Irene to charge my debit card $2550 and I would pay the rest with a credit card but she put all of it on my debit removing an extra $497 from my checking account and was unable to fix it, but she assured me that it would be fixed the next day.
