Mary Stevens is THE BEST!!! We bought a 2022 Jayco Feather in May, and it had multiple issues that would have kept the rig in the service bay instead of out in the woods! The dealership recognized the layered, re-occuring problems and gave us an even trade for a 2022 Jayco Flight, a few less frills, but WOWSER, we LOVE the "Flight" a billion times more!! Customer service and care are obviously number 1 for Fretz!!
After 3 years in our last Jayco we decided to upgrade. We went back to Fretz’s and again they were outstanding! Rick Hand did an amazing job helping us find the perfect RV. Jim Hessler prepped the new rig to perfection and setup the hitch perfectly. Brian Strampel again made the paperwork and financing side of things easy. We are absolutely thrilled with Fretz’s and our Jayco. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Rick Hand and their technical staff at Fretz were exceedingly accommodating. We looked at several manufacturers and models. Once we had ordered one Rick did a good job informing us of the progress and expected delivery time. We had a very through pre delivery inspection with focus of the areas of our interest.
Second rv we bought from Fretz. We are very happy with the way we were treated by both Mike Meyers, and Brian Stample.
Can't give enough praise to both Fretz RV and their salesperson Bob Spack. They were great to work with on our RV purchase. An absolute joy to do business with. Definitely a "5 Star" organization.
