Purchasing from Fretz RV was a huge mistake! Just over 1 month ago I purchased a used Class A motorcoach form them. I had to wait a week to pick it up so they could have their service techs go over it and make sure everything was in working order. After picking up the RV we found multiple problems with the RV from LG gauges not working, fans not working, the Converter not charging the Batteries, The Batteries them selves seem to be no good and won’t hold a charge, Etc. I can not recommend this dealership!!! The sales people will say anything to get you to buy and once you do decide to purchase an rv you are considered on the hook and you will be put in a long cue while the sales team tries to get other people to commit to an sale before finalizing your sale! A side note is they mark up all used rv 30k just to help you know! Please plan to spend the whole day there as a buyer. We bought a new 2021 Precept 31 UL this year and was very disappointed in after sale help with a couple problems. Thank heavens Jayco took care of us.
Paid for my new RV on 2/26 nearly $200K but it needs tank heaters. Its a month later and they wont even give me a date for the install. Just a runaround, this after giving me all incorrect information. They said there was a spare tire- there isn't, they said they couldnt do tank heaters, they can, they even said my $1000.00 deposit was just to look at the RV not to buy it! They say they will schedule it and they don't. They totally take advantage of customers. I'm out >$180K and have no RV and no hope of ever getting it... read more
