I always enjoy taking classes at Frestyl Fitness! I end up having so much fun I don't even realize I'm working out (until my muscles remind me later!). The Instructors and fellow classmates at Frestyl are very open and welcoming. The Instructors are also great at working with every fitness level. I definitely recommend giving a class a try!
