This is the worst place I’ve ever worked at. The store I worked at had no manager, employees were expected to train new employees without trainers pay, upper management could not take criticism, and I was consistently promised it would get better. Each new store would be worse or more frustrating to deal with to the point where it wasn’t worth it anymore. Maybe management can finally get a clue for once instead of being embarrassed by accountability.

So I got an interview for the new coffee company in the airport that just opened . They told me it could take 6 weeks for background to come back that way I can get an airport badge . Which is cool I paid for a food handlers course & a alcohol licence. After I complete all that I get a message ur officially hired .Then Matthew goes to say we gotta wait for background to come back then you can go work at airport, TO this DAY im waiting on my background which is funny ,I don't understand how, I got airport clearance and a back... read more

Just hired by this company, did not pay me for the first week of work, and did not include me in the tip pool for 6/7 days. If you’re looking for a place to work for free I guess this is the place to do it. Not to mention they don’t solve issues based on morals and ethics, only based on what you can legally prove and the head of HR, Matthew Lucero will tell you that himself 😄👍🏻

Had a job opportunity was looking forward to it all week... Took time out of my day to park in the garage, walk 15mins up 2 floors down one ... Wait for 20 mins just for a guy to come out look at me , look around and walk back into his office under the stairs waited 10 mins past my scheduled time and left.... So unprofessional... Will always scream how bad of an experience this was ...not to mention the 5 dollars I had to spend to park for that idiot
