Horrible customer service with the parts division having a very rude and unhelpful employee. I wish i was able to get his name because he basically wasted my time offering no support or solution to my problem.
I leave my truck DELTA TRUCK CENTER IN FRENCH CAMP - California - (FREIGHTLINERDEALER). The truck check in at 7:00 pm Check out 12:00 pm and is 5 hours job, and the service guy the name is TONY . Tony is very thick and stupid and do not know how to treat a customer. I have Account with this place, but I will close, because this thick and without education TONY from the service departments. I still can not believe how Freightliner not take care your customers, the manager knows what happened and did nothing. just think FREIGH... read more
