Service Manager Stan Show and Service Advisor Louie absolutely do not uphold the high warranty standards of Daimler Chrysler. At 8:40 AM, Louie seemed friendly and confident. I brought my truck in for two things: PM service for two axles and the transmission, and a crankshaft oil seal replacement under the 12-month warranty (it was replaced just 9 months ago at PREMIER TRUCK Group SLC).
