I work with someone who has business with Fresno produce. The products are good and so are the drivers. Our problem recently, and ongoing, is with a lady that takes our orders over the phone. Her name is Patricia. Every time she is given our order it is wrong or receive items that we did not order. When I call to correct the problem, and if it’s Patricia, she always responds with, “you must have ordered wrong.” She is always defensive, rude, very impatient and is never to blame for the order.
