The store was beautiful. The selection was awesome and my sales person was great.
On purchasing a loveseat and a couch, we learned upon using the furniture that it hurt our backs. We tried several things to correct the situation, none of which really worked well. So we decided to keep the couch and return the loveseat. We were reluctant to go back to the store and talk about the return, but Chris worked with us and made it happen in a good way.
