Thank you FCRTA and MV. Before there was long wait times. I noticed now the service has gotten way better and so have the call times. I asked a lady there and she said there was now 4 dispatchers. That makes more sense I hope they keep it like that! My friends who also ride and are seniors like me all love the service now. It’s been a great change with 4 dispatchers. Thank you lady’s
It's pretty on time, unless there's a Bus situation issue. It's reliable for the most part! Appreciate the service tremendously!
Called in why my pick up is over an hour late. Only to find out, my driver took a break before I was supposed to be picked up. While I understand that everyone needs to take a break between work and such, you can’t just say I’ll be on this part of the list and then next thing you know, I’m late to wherever I need to go to.
