Pleasant, knowledgeable, staff. Painless session. I will be coming back.
Very poor customer service and knowledge of products. Technician could not verbally explain how her device was heated or what technology it used to heat or cool their device. I don't trust business like this, as they appear to be trying to make money with bogus machines that promise results. I'll save my money.

The deal I got was $199, and I was told it included a full consultation, 1 Cryo-slimming permanent fat reduction treatment in my area of choice, and 1 mini Cryo facial (total 1 hour and 30 mins). When I arrived, the girl helping me seemed unknowledgeable ( in her early 20s). She doesn't seem familiar with Cryo. She kept on saying, "I'm so sorry-I'm all over the place."
