I went to Fresno beauty bar,OMG The owner Staffny was really nice,gave us good services. Staff is very helpful and they know what they are doing. I would recommend everyone to give it try to their services. This is my third sitting and. I've felt the difference in my first sitting. They are very friendly but very professional.
Pleasant, knowledgeable, staff. Painless session. I will be coming back.
Very poor customer service and knowledge of products. Technician could not verbally explain how her device was heated or what technology it used to heat or cool their device. I don't trust business like this, as they appear to be trying to make money with bogus machines that promise results. I'll save my money.

Went in for the first time. The deal I got was $199, and I was told it included a full consultation, 1 Cryo-slimming permanent fat reduction treatment in my area of choice, and 1 mini Cryo facial (total 1 hour and 30 mins). When I arrived, the girl helping me seemed unknowledgeable ( in her early 20s). She doesn't seem familiar with Cryo. She kept on saying, "I'm so sorry-I'm all over the place."
