What do you have to lose speak with a counselor and ask them about their process and application.
What a joke. They brag about “free services” but the second you walk in, they hit you with a membership fee. My sister even had an appointment and was told to become a member if she wanted there services. And guess what? Even people who are members say they get ignored unless they shell out for the most expensive tier. So much for “helping the community”
