Fresno area Hispanic foundation are the best people to work with. They helped me open my business 4yrs ago. I wouldn't have been able to do it without their help and support and up to this day they still support me and they're still there when I need something

I contacted the Hispanic Foundation in Fresno seeking assistance with financing options for my small business. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The best place for a personal loan.They treat you like family.God bless them for their t ture kindness and support they are not here for the money as the interest rate is super low compared to banks they really care about your financial future give them a try and you will see for yourself I promise you your not going to regret the decision. What do you have to lose speak with a counselor and ask them about their process and application.

What a joke. They brag about “free services” but the second you walk in, they hit you with a membership fee. My sister even had an appointment and was told to become a member if she wanted there services. And guess what? Even people who are members say they get ignored unless they shell out for the most expensive tier. So much for “helping the community”
