This is my favorite Joost location. The guys that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this store to everyone.

I kept him-hawing every week I came in. But Kevin was patient and I bought a great set up thanks. You are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Not to mention that the vape world moves fast. You always know about the latest.
They have always been great to me until today I bought the new mod a week and a half ago charging port went out after a week I brought it in for a exchange Sunday said I need the Box okay it's a 20 minute drive each way so I thought I'd do it after work one night 2 days later they won't accept the return goodbye $80 they're going to lose a lot more than that by not having me as a customer anymore which I have been for since it open
Been going to Joost for a while. Awesome customer service, people that know their products. Every employee seems to treat the company as if they owned it. great environment, i will continue to go for time to come.
*Boycott Nature Vapor* *at 4196 Plainfield ave, Grand Rapids MI* I bought a $60 vape mod from Nature Vapor on Plainfield Sunday night. First time I plugged it in to charge(1.5 days later) it just got hot and the battery icon just flashed. It won't charge and the battery is dead. I called them this morning and they said I have to wait till they can get it to a repair guy to see if it's broke, I will only get it replaced if it's found to be defective.
