I have had my drinking water filter for over 20 yrs dealing with Troy and his team for installs and filter replacement. They are amazing! Recently our hot water system died and I called them in the morning, a few hrs later someone come round to assess it and a new one installed the next morning, so quick and efficient, love it! The zip technician from Freshwater Services did a great job in a short amount of expected time, and had my faulty zip tap (no hot water) repaired. Clean job, well done, no dramas, also cheaper than a couple of other services I quoted. Would recommend them to repair your zip tap.
