The receptionist is a disadvantage to this practice. She shows no interest in patients and appears to be bored in her situation. Her total lack of empathy is very evident. Phoned with an enquiry re my medication at 11.20 am and she cut me short and said Doctor would call me this evening. As of 6.40 I don't expect a call. That's patients care??? This is my family practice, and I have been a patient from even before Dr Hyasat started, and I'm really glad he took over the practice. He has taken care of my three boys as they've grown up. From immunising them, stitching them, and treating them for numerous childhood coughs, colds and migraines, Dr Hyasat has taken care of them like his own child. I don't advice anyone to come to this practice, especially for GPs or basic consulting for blood tests etc. I have the displeasure of experiencing (twice) ambiguous messages with alarming results to make me schedule a new appointment rather than getting access to my results and or having a doctor calling me w/ insights. This means that they call you on a Wednesday saying "your results are abnormal" and your next available appointment is on 7 days. End of story: no abnormal results and a full week of stress.
