I highly recommend Freshwater Family Centre! Linda at reception is absolutely lovely, welcoming and always makes you feel comfortable. My daughter had her first appointment with Dr Jordan Colless, and I was really impressed with how caring and thorough he was. He took the time to properly check her, listen to my concerns and understand what she was going through. I felt very well looked after!
The old receptionist has gone, and this place is back to being amazing. I highly recommend! I just read the other reviews after writing this and had to edit. Yes, the rudeness of this receptionist is utterly astounding. It's amazing this can be tolerated for so long. I have been seeing dr Hysatt for 15 years and always had a great experience. The receptionist is a disadvantage to this practice. She shows no interest in patients and appears to be bored in her situation. Her total lack of empathy is very evident. Phoned with an enquiry re my medication at 11.20 am and she cut me short and said Doctor would call me this evening. As of 6.40 I don't expect a call. That's patients care??? This is my family practice, and I have been a patient from even before Dr Hyasat started, and I'm really glad he took over the practice. He has taken care of my three boys as they've grown up. From immunising them, stitching them, and treating them for numerous childhood coughs, colds and migraines, Dr Hyasat has taken care of them like his own child.
