I don't advice anyone to come to this practice, especially for GPs or basic consulting for blood tests etc. I have the displeasure of experiencing (twice) ambiguous messages with alarming results to make me schedule a new appointment rather than getting access to my results and or having a doctor calling me w/ insights. This means that they call you on a Wednesday saying "your results are abnormal" and your next available appointment is on 7 days. End of story: no abnormal results and a full week of stress. Dr Hyasat is a wonderful family GP and we couldn't be happier with the experience we have had over the past few years.
Nice and clean place , easy to take an appointement. And people are very welcoming.
Simple flu shot cost me 70+ dollars! Dr Hyasat is lovely, but when I booked over the phone they didn’t mention the $80 consultation I apparently needed to get a flu shot. After the cost of the shot plus the consult, minus the 40 dollar Medicare rebate I was out of pocket 74 dollars for a 5 minute in and out shot. Seems a bit steep given it’s $20 at places like chemist warehouse. More transparent pricing would be appreciated.
