Total rip off of a few thousand dollars. I did not lose weight with this program. Beware.
All I can say is this place is wonderful I love the staff and Cindy has showed me a better way of eating and more healthier. I feel great and I have freshtetic to thank for that.
I have been working with Cindy for 5 months. The weekly consultations keep me on track. I'm feeling good, losing weight and buying new clothes. Thanks to Cindy I have lost 30lbs and 48 inches!!!!!!!!!! I have tried various means to losing weight. I would lose it then put it right back on. I now have the tools and the confidence to continue on my weight loss journey. The hardest part was taking that first step. Don't wait like I did, get started and you won't regret it.

From the moment I entered, (about 10 minutes early )for a trigger point massage, it was a wonderful experience. Cindy was exceptional, and my massage therapist, Ashley, was amazing! I wish I could have done a 2 hour massage!! Looking forward to my next treatment in December. Thank you so much for a positive experience!
