Lovely and welcoming environment with great trainers and faculties
Fantastic gym with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious gym floor with a range of equipment and good variety of classes on offer too!
Very clean and nice gym. Friendly staff and good classes. It has everything for a good workout
The best
Yoga, Pilates, and Yin Yoga are what I do mostly. The instructors are willing to help, being mostly attended by ladies, I haven't been made to feel like I am out of place. I highly recommend it if you need to loosen up and connect with yourself.
