visited the Freshslice location at 6388 120 Street. I intended to order from this location because it is close to my home, but by mistake I placed my online order at the 6351 152 Street location through the app. When I arrived, Simran informed me that my order was not at this location. I realized the mistake was mine, so I immediately placed a new order and paid again. Worst experience and a brutal customer service experience. Ordered ,driver shows up with the wrong order and then they blame the driver. I contacted the corporate office only to have someone from that franchise contact me the next day and blamed the driver again. They should learn to responsibility to accept that they made a mistake and stop to blaming the driver. Hi, so found hair in the pizza slice. I ordered from uber a 3 slice combo. I called at store and the lady was so aggressive. Not taking accountability instead said no one do intentionally we are humans. I understand that but she could be polite. She never said sorry instead shouted at me. Not only did I find a hair in my food, but when I called to report it, the staff member shouted and was dismissive. This is both a hygiene and customer service issue.
