I’ve been a regular customer for years, but honestly it feels like Freshslice hasn’t upgraded in a long time. The menu, store look, and overall experience are almost the same as years ago. I really hope Freshslice doesn’t become the Nokia of pizza by repeating the same mistake they made — not innovating and adapting to the market. The brand has strong potential, but it needs something new and exciting soon.

Fix your app. I'm trying to order the unlimited topping pizza and it's not letting me put on more than five things and only letting me use two categories (Meat, veggie & other toppings) After that it just deletes my selections.

The fresh slice at surrey central has no washroom out of order sign I buy a drink and still can't use the washroom tonight bad customer service I think you should have a word with them because that's b.s

This company seems not to care about it's costumer base. I work as a teacher in surrey ordering pizza for our hot lunch program would be lovely but when we get no responds to minor issues in a reasonable timeframe means I will be strongly encouraging my colleagues to go with other companies that might be more responsive in a timely manner
