I had a great experience at Fresh Slice thanks to Simran! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. The service was quick, and she kept everything clean and organized even during a busy time. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and good energy. Definitely coming back because of her amazing customer service!
I was big fan of this pizza shop it's quick, easy, and convenient. However, my experience today was a bit frustrating. I specifically ordered a Mediterranean pizza with a thick crust, and I mentioned to them five times that I didn't want a thin crust. Despite my repeated requests, they got it wrong they apologized, and they redid my pizza. They made me a thin crust pizza once again After redoing the first one. With my frustration and disappointment I ended up eating it and leaving.
