I placed an order and clearly wrote a note asking for a specific topping—but it was completely ignored. I even paid extra, so there’s really no excuse for this. It’s incredibly frustrating when you spend money and take the time to make a note, only to receive something wrong and incomplete. It feels like my order wasn’t even read, and that’s just lazy service. This isn’t the first time either.
