Absolutely terrible experience. We clearly confirmed that our veggie pizza should have no mushrooms, yet the response was rude and disrespectful. Even worse, we witnessed extremely unhygienic behavior — used disposable gloves were washed and reused, which is completely unacceptable ⚠️. The staff also handled chicken and then touched vegetables meant for vegetarian food. As vegetarians, this is very disturbing and shows zero regard for hygiene or customer preferences.
