I came in to order a pizza and was immediately met with terrible customer service. As soon as I started speaking, the pizza maker made a face. Then the cashier interrupted me and rudely said, “The pizza will take 15 minutes. Go over there and look at the menu,” without even letting me finish my order. I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. After an appointment, I went there with my daughter to get a pizza and witnessed a very uncomfortable situation. A family who was ahead of me was trying to place their order, but the manager was extremely rude to them. Instead of explaining the promotions or helping them, she spoke to them in an unkind manner and with a tone that clearly left them surprised.
