Guys, we came because of the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, but honestly, the pizzas were very disappointing. The slices were extremely thin, hard, and didn't taste fresh. It felt like we paid the same price but received much lower quality. Please, if you're offering this deal, at least make the pizzas properly. We hope you'll improve this because this experience was really disappointing.
We stopped in the other day and were served by Jaz. He was kind and showed me and my family the kind of attention that does not go unnoticed. In a sea of people in customer service he clearly stands out and shines like a star. The food was good but Jaz was GREAT! Fresh Slice is very lucky to have this young man working for them. Will be returning for sure. :-)
I was very disappointed with my experience. The pizza was noticeably burnt, and when I brought it to the owner's attention, he insisted that it was supposed to be that way and responded in a very rude and dismissive manner. Another issue was the pricing. The business advertises promotions on its website and other platforms, but when I made my purchase, I was told different pricing applied. Very good service. My daughter was upset that within seconds of sitting down the wind blew her paper plate right off the outdoor table so her untouched pizza slice was covered in gravel and obviously ruined. I went back in and they were kind enough to replace it for free.
