Walked in and watched as a racist customer was screaming insults at an employee over the price of two pizzas. The incident took at least 5 minutes until the angry customer finally left. The employee handled it like a champ and professionally took my order right after. Massive respect to the employee who got through this screaming match at 10 o’clock at night 🙏.

We recently took the kids from Puzzle’s Childcare Centre to Fresh Slice on Capilano Road for their graduation party and everyone absolutely loved it. The pizzas were delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The kids were also were so happy with the balloons they received. Thank you to the manager for creating such a great pizza and space for us to gather.”

I came in about 10 minutes before closing, and Navjot was incredibly kind and professional. She served me with the same great attitude as if it wasn’t closing time. She was hardworking, prepared my pizza with care, and was very patient throughout the entire experience. Excellent customer service Thank you, Navjot!
