The pizza tastes like it was put into a musty cardboard box that was once wet, then they let dry. The pizza would of been great, but unfortunately the smell from the pizza box got into the pizza as well. Totally ruining the pizza. I probably should not have accepted the delivery, because I though the smell might of come from the delivery drivers car, but it was definitely the pizza box itself.
What a disappointing service. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, and tonight I accidentally placed my Uber order incorrectly, receiving one pizza instead of two. I called to politely ask if they could prepare the second pizza if I picked it up myself. Instead of showing any understanding, the manager said, “We can’t give you a free pizza.” Let’s be honest – it wouldn’t be free, I did pay for it.
