The driver handling the pizzas left us with two cold piles of mush.Not edible as he obviously dropped or tipped the boxes, had to call back and go to the location, to get our cash back as the driver wouldn't return with our cash. Don't order for delivery it's a gong show.
I work nearby so I visit quite often. The staff are honestly so attentive and friendly. Always a nice greeting right as you enter the store. The best fresh slice location I’ve ever been to hands down.
The staff at Marine Gateway are always kind, smiling and attentive. He immediately let me know about the deal I could get with the app and was patient in guiding me through the process. The pizza was also tasty with fresh ingredients.
We made a quick stop on our way to Kamloops and had an amazing experience. Harman suggested both pizzas over the phone, and her recommendations were absolutely perfect! When we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and provided outstanding customer service. Pizzas were fresh, delicious, and cooked perfectly. I’ve been trying Fresh Slice for over 6 years, but this was my best experience so far. Highly recommend for an evening meal . 100% worth it! ⭐
