Ordered online for delivery (HAND IN PERSON option) through freshslice app. No tracker on the app. Waited for almost an hour, no call, no knock nor doorbell. Food was left on the stairs/floor and it's cold. I wouldn't tip if I knew this was gonna happen or would choose to order at Pizza hut instead.
We had excellent service here. Ms Manroop was very cordial and helped us to pick the right pizza topings
