Customer service was too good and urvika was friendly employee. Pizza was fresh and place was also hygenic and clean. Loved the overall service
On January 28th around 8:00 PM, I ate at Freshslice Pizza and unfortunately had a very bad experience. I found a long female hair inside my pizza, which is completely unacceptable in terms of hygiene and food safety. The pizza was also not fresh, and I experienced stomach discomfort afterward. In addition, the staff member named Urvika was not polite at all. While serving me, she was talking on the phone and did not pay proper attention to the customer.
