The service was absolutely deplorable today. The place was empty minus to young kids. I waited 15 minutes, when the staff informed me that they forgot about my order. The guy working behind the till insisted on refunding me cash. I insisted on the refund going back onto my credit card. During my wait they were busy refilling items and empty garbage. Therefore, they had plenty of time to make my order. I will not be returning to this location.
Best freshslice i ever been to
We really liked this location. What good customer service! Fresh and delicious! The store is clean and organized even in the kitchen is clean. The washroom is also clean. Pratham is an amazing host. We were lucky to be served by him. This location is far better than other.
