My husband came in for a basic haircut and beard shaping from Carlos. We provided a picture of what we wanted the hair to look like. My husband requested a beard shaping and trim. Carlos proceeded to change the entire shape of my husband’s beard and shave it down to stubble. It was entirely uneven on each side.
