Freshly Made Catering is incredible! Liz pulled off a miracle for us. I only gave her two days’ notice to feed 140 people and she delivered flawlessly. The food was absolutely delicious, and we had so many compliments on the chicken. It was tender, flavorful and truly satisfying. The delivery experience was just as impressive. My work ordered it for a lunch meetings for two days and it was honestly one of the worst food I’ve ever had. Day 1 - chicken skewers (over cooked and dry), roasted potatoes (bland and undercooked.. the potatoes were hard) Day 2 - veggie fried rice (zero flavour), chicken stir fry? (The coating on the “fried chicken” was so wet and just peeling off the meat. it was definitely the worst catering experience we’ve ever had)… we should have just ordered food court take out and it would have still been better.
