Freshly has been a great experience! I love the convenience of having "home -cooked" meals. Plus customer service has been the best. Both of the times that I chatted online were so easy and helpful. Thank you to Ryan for helping me out.
Freshly has always had very good customer service when I first started using them. Whatever happened, they made it right, quickly handling any issue while clearly valuing me as a customer. I’m now even more thrilled at how much they’ve improved the responsiveness and accessibility of their customer service through text and Facebook messenger. Kenny helped me with a problem in which I clicked a "skip" weekly meals, but for some reason it did not take. He canceled the week and refunded me, which I greatly appreciate, as I am on a budget.
Lee was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend Freshly.
