I am a crossfit coach in Maryland and was visiting from out of town. I dropped into Freshkills. I recommend this gym without reservation. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and layout of the gym. It was not a huge space but a space utilized well. There was plenty of room for the workout without being hindered by others or equipment. The coach gave excellent direction for setting up equipment, which was real nice. My home away from home. The camaraderie and family I have inherited by joining this CrossFit Box has changed my life. I cannot imagine never coming here again and I look forward to seeing my crossfit family every day. I've lost over 12 pounds in a month and my conditioning has improved drastically.
