Food was bland and tasteless. Bad experience overall
Although we order from here plenty of times and the food tastes good, today I received more than just my food. I had also received a long blonde/brown hair in it which I pulled out like it was spaghetti. I would expect people in the restaurant business to wear hair nets.
Did a mobile order and picked it up. They forgot a bunch of toppings and my diet coke. Contacted them through the app and instead of a quick refund they passed the issue off to this store whose manager never reached out or refunded me. I regularly reached out to them but nothing except "the local franchise will handle it" so I just went to the store again and explained in person to whomever was behind the counter and grabbed my $3 diet coke.
