Honestly my bowl was so so dry. It didn't really feel very fresh.
Ordered a Tex Mex bowl and its essentially 85% rice. All other ingredients were barely a spoonful it seemed. For $12 I would have expected a bit more ingredients. Bowl itself was only 2/3 full as it was. **update. I went ahead and sent the manager an email (as suggested below) but 2 weeks later, there has been no response. Not great customer service**
Ordered a Teriyaki Twist bowl but it was anything but "fresh", the rice was old and hard, the chicken was dry and tasteless, broccoli was brown and limp.
