I order almost once a week but lately they have been so skimpy on toppings and not fancy toppings- there is barely a scoop of beans (!!). This is the only location where I’m always having half a bowl of rice leftover. Not impressed.
I went yesterday and met rashiii there , she gave us excellent customer service, we ordered bowls that she make so good , my overall experience is awsm , I definitely visit again
I was disappointed with the service during my visit. The staff was rude and didn’t respond properly to our questions. We felt ignored and uncomfortable. Good food cannot make up for poor customer service. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.
Love this place! The team at Freshii in Brantford is so friendly and personable — they know my order when I walk in, which I love! And the food is super fresh and high quality. Great attention to detail, too!
