just got a macro bowl and found a disgusting big black hair in my food. The tomatoes were not fresh either- Will not be going back

Great experience at Freshii on Dixie Road! The place was clean, the staff were friendly and quick, and the food was fresh and delicious. Lots of healthy options to choose from, and everything tasted amazing. Highly recommend—will definitely be back!
Not a great experience with this Freshii and staff. Made an Uber Eats order from this location, a PROTEIN bowl with Chicken. Bowl showed up with no protein / chicken. After calling, the person on the phone said "our staff said they put chicken on it" and that they'd be checking the camera? Also said we have to deal with Uber on it even though they were the ones who made the error. Own up to your mistakes and take accountability, and no ownership of error and deflected to Uber. $30 bowls and this is how they treat their custo... read more
