The food is very bad tasting
4pm Monday June 30th... The music was so loud I couldn't hear the man taking my order and he couldn't hear me. He got very testy with me as I ordered a custom salad. I have been to freshii once before and today and will not be returning. The area where you pick you food up was dirty and sticky. I imagine his bosses already know he is a subpar employee and won't be surprised by this review.
This was a total rip off. I ordered the Tex Mex bowl and over 80% of the bowl was plain rice. The food on top was literally spread out like a facade to pretend there was more than there was. I ordered falafel and they were cut in half and placed so that it looked like there were six but it was only three. Almost no cheese, almost no sauce. I basically paid 15$ for a bowl of cold plain rice. Photo is of after I stirred it and added my own sauces at home.
Ingredients were fresh, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Really like their new Poke Bowls.
